What an incredible session!!!  Life-long family relationship tensions were resolved.  I feel so much more centered in myself, less stressed, less anxious.  Don’t know if it is related, but the little blisters on my fingers and palms that I have struggled with for more than a decade have gone away and the skin is healing.  My rosacea also seems to be calming or going away.  I can’t thank you enough!  I’m so glad for this opportunity.

My two sessions of therapy with Cynthia during a silent retreat have had major and unexpected benefits.  I have a personal history of child sexual abuse and the world has never been a safe enough place to fall asleep easily.  I am nearly sixty now and for my whole life it has taken me an hour or more to fall asleep without drugs.  I have also been prone to long periods of wakefulness during the night.  Since my sessions with Cynthia I have consistently gone to bed and fallen asleep within minutes and have had very few wakeful nights–and this during a time with major stressors such as packing up a house to sell and moving half way around the world.  I am deeply grateful.
